About Me

My name is Timur Siraziev.

With a rich background in mass media, journalism, and storytelling, I have dedicated much of my life to covering critical global events.

In addition to my media experience, I am a certified fitness trainer, with a focus on physiology and nutrition. I am passionate about leading an active, healthy lifestyle, having completed three marathons and ten half-marathons. My fitness journey, from 92kg to a stable 79-80kg (height 178cm), underscores my dedication to personal well-being and discipline.

Since 2017, I have been based in the UK.

After that I transitioned into the charitable sector to seek more meaningful work. Currently, I am a support worker at the Red Cross, assisting individuals after hospital treatment.

This role allows me to not only make a tangible difference in people's lives but also to immerse myself in the organisation, gaining firsthand experience and understanding of how we can better serve vulnerable people.
